Frances Low, Director of Governance
Frances Low is a solicitor (admitted 1976). She joined the GDC as director of governance in January 2011. Between articles with a local authority and a period as general counsel to the Law Society, she was with London Transport for 24 years, eventually as secretary and legal director to London Transport and London Underground Ltd.
