Neil Marshall, Director of Regulation
Neil Marshall joined the GDC in February 2011 as director of regulation. His brief is to transform the work of the fitness to practise and registration teams to ensure that the GDC provides as efficient and effective a service as possible.

Before joining the GDC, Neil worked for the General Medical Council, at various times heading up their fitness to Practise investigation, adjudication and business improvement and audit functions. He has previously worked for the Information Commissioner’s Office and for Manchester University.
